I've used it for the past year or so without any problems, been using torrent sites lately though.

Kazaa Lite development was stopped. I've never heard of Kazaa Light.

If I still used Kazaa I'd use Kazaa Lite Resurrection. At the moment I use Limewire.

Limewire is spyware free, so is shareaza. Other than that, i don't know. Bittorrent is my main source for downloading, and www.thetradersden.org and www.easytree.org are my main sources for torrents.

If your looking for the latest Kaaza, search for the file KLR007.exe and that is the latest Kaaza lite resurection.

Bit torrent is by far the best for people with broadband.

don't forget as well that about 45% of downloads will be borked so you would need the full spectrum of firewall Av, spyware etc. etc. too and everything including realplayer and ics and all that other junk patched too.

K;lite itself is a good client and there's a lot of good stuff on it, but as has been said a lot of files are rebadged viruses or crap tunes that will play intros then emit a speaker busting tone. Just be careful what you open and run spybot after install.

Also try the latest version of warezp2p client; nicer interface than K;lite and and seemingly better connection speeds [edit] this tries to install certain spyware at setUp but just untick the check boxes, and of course run spybot after setUp is finished

    ...for torrents use Azererus

I used to use limewire (complete waste of system resoures). Get shareaza if you want gnutella1/2 & edonkey all in one... written in C

i use torrents at this stage though
