    I was reading about this in the Moebius part 2 topic and people are like “ he wears them now and again”, “ his eyes got better”, “sometimes he doesn’t need them”???????

    He has contact Lenses!!!!!! You see him putting them on in Season 5 Episode 15: Summit, right before he becomes Yu’s servant!

    Maybe they did get fixed he came back from ascension but more than likely he has contact lenses!

    Laser eye surgery people? Constantly being tossed into a sarcophugas by obsessed sexy daughters of world rulers? Becoming an ascended being? All likely explanations to how his eyesight improved.

    was there definite proof that he could see perfectly in ancient egypt?

    maybe he just got used to not being able to see very well..

    Possibly, eyesight gets worse the more you strain them. Constantly staring into a computer screen or a book doesn't exactly help. But when your days are more active instead of sedate whilst reading or whatever, your eyesight can improve a little as they're less strained.

    Maybe being dematerialised & then rematerialised, when going thru the Stargate, somehow fixed his eyesight lol. :D
