IF it is not listed as a banned substance I do not have a rpoblem with others using it, but I would not use it myself.

I would take Creatine (monohydrate powder form) aswell as taking in extra protien in the form of Whey powder. The creatine is great for sport (especially Gaa) as it takes glucose from your body and stores it in your muslcles. This in turn gives you more stamina and energy in your muscles. The whey protein is very important as it can reduce your recovery time by ensuring that your body has proper protein to rebuild and repair your muscles.

The only problem I'd have with creatine is the doubts over the long term side effects. Nothing has been proven either way AFAIK, but when young athletes are given it by coaches/trainers they are rarely advised of the potential risks, and often told there is zero risk.
