Annabel's verdict quashed

Annabel's fracas guy gets his manslaughter conviction quashed. Mind you, he's still banged up for violent disorder and he hasn't been found not guilty. He's just got to go through the whole rigamarole again. A retrial has been ordered. Might have been better just doing his time.

I'm pleased for him tbh, it seemed to me that he was made the scapegoat for a large group of people just because he was honest/stupid enough to come forward and make a statement.

How long have these guys been in chokey already? Surely if you get 2 years you don't actually serve the full term?
