I have a sapphire radeon 9250 for sale if you want it. Its 2 weeks old and boxed along with all counterstrike condition zero, power cables, and what not. My parents chipped in with my brother to get it for my birthday for 94 euro. You can check out elara.ie or marxcomputers.ie sumwhere like that to get a price check. Anyway i have a sapphire radeon 9800 pro atlantis so this is of no use to me. I'll sell it for 70. Oh and its a 256mb which is the biggest you can get at the mo.

256mb vs 128mb makes little difference - though the above offer is quite decent if you are happy to spend a little more for the game etc...

I was told the same, my new radeons a 128mb and obviously better considering i spent 200 euro on it but supposedly in the future games will require 256mb of graphics, the new splinter cell or so i hear...

Hey mathie, a bit of advice. You should find out what type of card your machine can take. If you can find out the Motherboard model you can look it up from teh MB manufacturer web site.

Your machine seems quite old, so it may not have an AGP slot, in which case you're looking for a PCI card. But it does have AGP, it may be one of the older voltage ones - at some point as the AGP bus got faster they changed the voltage that the AGP cards used, so newer AGP cards may not work in older systems.
