Anyone got a good (free) app for sync'in MP3's

I have my music on my HD and i have most of it on my player. The only thing is that i tend to add new stuff to my HD a lot, and forget to add it to my player, so when i do go to do it, ive forgotten where all the new music is.....

I have a freeware program that compares directories, but it isnt that good. I have all my music in one folder, then under that i have it divided into artists then albums.
    Kinda like:
    -MP3s
    |-Artist
    | +-Album
    |-Artist

I would like a program that i could click on the MP3s directory and it would compare the contents of it with the player. Any thoughts anyone? Sorry if the post is confusing, whiskey hangover and all.

I'd be interested to hear if someone knows a program that does this to, i lost track of new/old stuff ages ago.
I did add the music folder to the send to menu to make things easier.

Windows Media Player has device Synchronisation and works fairly well for me. What player are you using?
