A problem with my plumbing?

Theres something i'm kinda worried about. My penis has become a bit discoloured over the last year or so. Where it was always pale sort of skin, slightly see through, now the top half of it seems slightly brown-ish. It looks like im piebald.

Its not painful, itchy, dischargey or [insert other std signs here], just looks wrong. Another way of thinking of it is like i had a hard on for a day, held onto the bottom half of it with my hand and the rest got a suntan - looks like that (kinda).

Cant say when i noticed it first. I normally wear a condom but havent had sex in a while. A condom did rip on me about 18 months ago during sex, but i noticed straight away and withdrew. It was a 1 niter though so i dont know the lady involved and have no way of contacting her. Im mid-20's and hetero (if that makes any difference).

Anyone know what the story is? Im nervous about going to a clinic or a doctor. ive never had a problem before and wouldnt know how to go about it. Would prefer to find out if its something to be worried about first.

    Thanks.
