    Hi guys.

do any of you know if you have to post a faulty product back to overclock yourself once you receive the RMA?

I was just wondering as I got my new PSU and it shorted after installation.
now it has to go back to them.
the only problem is, the b@st@rd weighs nearly 4 kgs!!!
would cost a fortune for shipping.

    thanks guys guys

if they've given you a RMA number it has to go back.

it won't cost much for 4 kilos, i had to post back to komplett a motherboard, ram, and cpu as they were all dud once, cost me about 7 euros.

it was some time ago, it was SDS, and it was to manchester instead on komplett insisting of posting to their usual PO box address in ireland.

anyways i'd suggest using securior omega express see how much they'll cost to deliver it

I have shipped a PSU back but within Ireland. Cost like €12 I think. Using An Post, I dont think it would cost that much. If you are going with DHL, then its a different story :)
