Mashing genres and inventing new ones...

What kind of films should be made?
What would be really great to remake?

I'd still love to see a real make of Judge Dread (no face etc.)
Rogue Trooper would be nice too...

Definitely zombie movies without the formula zombie movie storylines (ie. have loads of guns and deep origin storylines and crack commando units  ).
More space orientated sci-fi where a keen eye is kept on futurology we don't need another ridiculous sherad like starship trooprers/Riddik (note: only dissing these movies for their poor futurology).

I think that has to be one of my favourite thing on movies,
it would have probably started with 007 the whole cool gadget vibe.

Futurology is a good term for it.
Suppose it should include socio-political side too, but ya gotta love those wonderful toys!

I want every film I see to be unlike anything I've already seen before. Simple as that ... but it rarely happens tho.
