I was a family pack subscriber for about 18 months, and I cancelled in May sometime. I got a letter in the post about 2 months ago, offering 3 months half price or a new digibox if I returned..problem is, the letter was thrown out!! And sky are now asking me for the code..Can anyone help me out with it? I remember it was Happy something, but I don't have the 8 digit code (and I don't know if I even need it..)

Also, I'm looking to get sky+, and I was quoted €199 + installation by a supervisor on monday..but now they're telling me that they can't do that. Do I have any right to pursue this? Kick up a fuss maybe? any suggestions as to how to go about it?

"Everybody Happy" C20006241 . Maybe they won't give you sky+ because your taking this offer. but they should give it to you, more money in sky's pocket.

    Regards,
    Paul. :)
