ever read a book called "For Esme - With love and squalor" by j.d. Salinger? I loved Catcher in the Rye, but have never heard anything about this book...any opinions?

Also picked up "Wampeters Foma & granfaloons" by Kurt Vonnegut. Have read a fair bit of his stuff and found it great...especially breakfast of champions. Again, any opinions..cheers

yes i think i read it ages ago. Salinger had the one good book (based on his semi-skitzo life). He was, IMHO a one hit wonder.
