Anyone got a good book on body language to recommend?
loads of them on Amazon.com and co.uk but they all seem to get so-so reviews.

well whatever you do stay away from any american self-improvement books on body language, theyre mostly just money spinners. Try Barnes & Noble, I believe they have a good section on that sort of thing

Maybe you should get a uni-level textbook on psychology or human communications instead. Many of those books on body-language are superficial wanna-be best sellers.
