    Hi There!

    Greetings from Phantom towers and welcome to our first e-newsletter for 2005!! It’s been a very busy month with plenty happening behind the scenes. Stand by for some important announcements over the coming weeks! Read on for more info plus your chance to win tickets to see REM play at Ardgillan Castle in June!

    Some questions that we can answer!

    WHEN ARE YOU COMING ON-AIR? Our on-air target date is July 1st, one week before Oxegen! At least there will be something to listen to on the way there and back!

    WHAT WILL THE FREQUENCY BE? Our frequency will be 105.2FM and this will cover the greater Dublin area. We’ll also be available online as usual.

    WILL YOU BE RECRUITING? Yes, we will! Stand by for recruitment advertisements in early March. In the meantime, we would ask you to hold fire with the CV’s until then.

    So what else has been happening?

    CHRISTMAS PHANTASM!

    =====================

    A great night was had by all on December 29th at The Village in Wexford St. Over €1,000 was raised for two very worthwhile charities – Focus Ireland and Aware. Thanks to everyone who came down on the night, to Sinister Pete, Neill Austin and Richie McCormack and to The Village who provided the venue and ticketing services free of charge.

    We are planning more Phantasm’s during 2005 and a live music event around St. Patrick’s day. Check www.phantomfm.com for updates.
