I am running a VNC server on IBB 1mb lite through a SMC Router and I cannot connect, I have the ports forwarded from router to the local pc (5800-5900) and VNC is allowed through my firewall, I can ping the router and tracert it but when I try to connect with VNC it times out. I can connect to my ftp server just not VNC!

Thanks for the link Doc but I've already been there, I'll check my logs later but AFAIK there shouldn't be a problem there...

Turns out there is a timeout bug in VNC4, that was my problem!
