IBB Ripwave - lead-in time?

I ordered Ripwave from Irish Broadband about 2 weeks ago, my credit card has been debited the €99 connection fee and the first month subscription - €29.99. However, I haven't yet received the Ripwave modem in the post. Does anyone know how long it normally takes IBB to send these out? :confused:
