    I have a mate coming over for a week there in May, he was wondering what cycling guides would I recommend, not a clue myself so would anyone have any ideas??

    What kind of cycling? (Tourist style touring / gentle off road touring / extreme XC etc)

    certainly cycling guides like that do exist - my aunt, misguided soul, handed me one a few years back.

    Check any tourist office or big book store.
