Disable drop down menu

    Hi,
    I need to disable the menu that appears when you right click on the desktop.

    Or, if not possible, to disable the possibility of starting the actions that can normally be started in the New sub menu, i.e. a new Winword document, new image, etc.

    I would like to set this as part of a group policy, is there a setting in the administration template, either user or machine to do this?

    The workstation is XP SP2 and the server in win2k SP4. XP SP2 Group Policy settings have been applied across the domain.
