    Apparently, according to Paul Doody their chairman ,IBB now has 90% population coverage because of the new licences?

    Maybe this is why they are using eircom phrasology:
    Irish Broadband, a wireless broadband provider, has announced the appointment of Orla Duffy as head of marketing communications.     How would one check that the 90% quoted by eircom and IBB is really 90%.

    Census figures by towns by coverage?
