    It's still "ich Heiße". Full conjugation...

    My understanding of the new rules (and, like many people, I'm not always bothered to apply them) is that everything moves to "ss" except in proximity to a diphthong. So we now have "Strasse" whereas, as a friend explained it to me, "Scheiße bleibt Scheiße".
