Just spotted these Odds for the National Hurling league on AnFearRua.com boards. They're on gamebookers.ie and are even better than you can get on betfair and thats before you take the commision on Betfair into account apparently.
Kilkenny look good value at 5/2.

Who do you think will win the NHL this year?

    GAA National Hurling League

    Outright NHL Division 1'2005

    Kilkenny 5/2
    Cork 5/2
    Waterford 4/1
    Tipperary 5/1
    Galway 6/1
    Clare 12/1
    Wexford 12/1
    Limerick 14/1
    Antrim 80/1
    Dublin 100/1
    Laois 120/1
    Down 150/1
    gamebookers.ie

    Winner NHL Division 1A 2005

    Kilkenny 3/2
    Waterford 5/2
    Galway 5/2
    Clare 7/1
    Dublin 50/1
    Laois 66/1
    gamebookers.ie

Does the league run on the same format as last year? If so I would say there are three of four from each group will be in the next round!

I would say Kilkenny, Galway and Clare(just) from 1A and Wexford, Cork and Tipperary(just) from 1B!

AFAIK the format is the same as last years, if not perhaps someone can enlighten us.

Declaring that I am a Waterford man up front, how in the name of Jaysus will Clare qualify for anything after last summer ? Put money on the Deise at 4/1 with Hartley back too ;-)

Jolly, I'm a Waterford man too and in fairness Clare weren't terrible for all of last summer, apart from the game against us of course. Through some very clever tactical changes they came closer to beating Kilkenny then we did!

Also I'd like to see Waterford make the top final group of the league, but after that couldnt care if we won the thing or not.
