Financial education group for the mid-west?

Having read about The ICES Group (Irish Complementary Education System) in last Sunday's Times I was wondering if there was any interest among members in the mid-west region in forming a similar group? Perhaps in Limerick.

Apparently the ICES Group was formed out a desire by the founders to forge connections with like-minded people, interested in educating themselves in financial matters, property investment, and so on, when their own peers didn't have similar interests.

I find myself in a similar situation and think it might be useful to form a similar club in this area. Who's interested?
