The Sony PSP is up for pre-order on Dvdsoon now for $299CAD which works out at €186. However, if your a Fidelity Card Holder you will get an extra 20% off that which makes it work out at €150 delivered!

Some things you need to know:

Your credit card is charged when you order.
There will be a lot of pre-orders for this so i wouldnt be too confident of getting it when it at its release day.
DVDSoon declare the total value of the items on their packages so there is a chance you will be caught for customs also. But even if you do, it should work out cheaper than here.

Also you should know that the fidelity card deal is over on the 20th of february.

It looks like a great discount on the psp, much better than the 30 you save getting the DS for €120

How much is the PSP expected to be when it comes out in late Feb?
I would say when it does come out it will sell out asap

€150 is very good. Coz its €222 on pre-order from Amazon

Thats about half the price I've paid for mine. Actually, its even less. Remember though, you will need to add Import Duties ontop of that.

The PSP will be at least €200 or €250 when It's released here. However oxygen there is no way that it shall be released here within the next 3 months at least.

$299 seems a bit low, particularly with the Japaneese versions at about $330 -> $350 USD.

Its only 145 euro in japan ie.. 19800 Yen . See the Sony Site Below.

Aswell if you read the tech reports there is usually a reduction in the price when it arrives in the States because of the delayed launch.

There was even reports of 150 dollar price lauch . I'll forward the article when i find it.

by the way, whats a Fidelity Card?

a fidelity card is a loyalty card that you pay CAD$50 for per year and get a % off every order as well as free delivery. They also run promotions throughout the year like 1/2 price dvds and money off for card holders
