Problem with reception of hotbird 13

A while ago I got a 80cm dish installed at home, it has 2 LNB's on it, one for Astra 1 @19.2deg and the other for Hotbird @13deg.
All was going well for about a week but then (around about the time the weather got really windy where I live) all the channels from hotbird suddenly disappeared, it just says "No Signal" on the screen, but the astra channels are fine.
I checked the config for the LNB's and the one for astra has good signal strength and quality, the one for hotbird has good signal strength but the quality is zero. I'm just wondering if the fact that the signal strength on it is good, means that it's still "seeing" the satellite and just needs some slight moving to get the channels, or if it just means that the receiver is sensing the LNB.
    I'm a newbie and I'm a little out of my depth :D
    Any ideas?

No I won't be home until thursday, but I should be able to do it then. What will this do? And should I also try swapping them at the Diseq (sp?) switch behind the reciever?

    Thanks.

I'd say it's nearly safe to assume your Hotbird reception is off. On my own digital receiver too, if signal is too weak/out, the reciever still has a Strength reading, though no Quality reading. Quality is the all-important boyo. :)
