As mentioned in one of the other threads, i'm currently building an offline MySQL database with a HTML/PHP interface. One of the things i want it do is to display the name and address of a particular contact, so that i can print a label off and put it on a brochure to post off to them. Any ideas how to do this?

Just create a page that displays the name and address of a particular contact and then print it.
