    i had a chomp bar tonight for the first time since i was 12!! now that bar is what this country was raised on! brought back memories of touch down bars, taz bars, desperate dans and macaroons!!!!!

    what were your faves???!

    i was going to include one in my list but wasnt sure what it was called, it was small toffee tingy covered in choc, and it was a time or big time or sumthing like that

    My favourite sweet from years ago that they don't sell anymore was those toffee lollipops...for some reason, they stopped stocking them. Shape, they kicked ass...

    Oh, and I always had a think for woppas. The old ones, all soft and schtuff.

    postman pats!!!!!! it was so hard to get the paper off!! but worth it. remember the cough drops that used to be in jars next to the postman pats/apple drops they were nice too.

    and of course the highland toffee bars! can you still get the slim dairy milk bar? that was the nicest cabury bar

    Remember the ufos with sherbet in the middle that melted in your mouth. Or the straws full of sherbet that you'd choke on. And the lollies you dip in, Double Dip I think.

    Macaroons!!!! Chomps!!!! YUM!!!
    My two favourite bars of ALL time!
    I think they must have been dipped in cocaine or something, cause i couldnt stop eating them when i was a kid!!! Good thing i didn't have any witdrawels though! *twitch*
    Nougat bars also..the pink and white striped bar...bloody lovleh!
    Last time i ate one though, a filling came out :(

    chomps rocked!! my cousin from england came to stay with us & brought loads home with him cos he got addicted while he was here!they didnt sell them in england apparently or at least not in croydon!!
    i used to love texan bars & anyone remember telex or BANJO bars!!
    mmmmm!!

    5. Not quite sweets, but those " Snaps " crisps ...NYOM !!
