armegedon, the war which is said to finish the continuity of the World. There is an oracle like this… Well, in fact oracles are not needed to believe… On the other hand, the world is getting worse... What do you think will happen?

with any luck tho, this stupid american initiated war might just be the last war, only because the whole war thing has gotten boring and we have the intarweb to keep us occupied nowadays.

A fairly big meteor looked like it could hit us in 2029. But it now looks like it will just miss us. I don't think there are any more big ones until around 2600. We should be able to deal with them by then.

Oh, and most likely the New Testement was written to effect political change 2000 years ago and it worked, what seat of power currently lies in the centre of Rome? The 'beast' would most likely have been one of the Roman emporers of the time, most likely Caligula, who had a statue of himself built in the temple in Jerusalem. If this is the fact, then the events in Revelations have already happened.

If it happens it happens, but the human race already has the technology to even survive a nuclear war or a meteor impact. So until the sun explodes in about 6 Billion years time I doubt we have anything to fear.
