Was it my imagination or did I just see a banner on Setanta saying "Free subscription until the end of February 2005" ? And if so, what does this mean ?

What were you watching it on? If on NTL it's free anyway. Perhaps there's an offer for Sky and Chorus subscribers. The same feed goes to all three platforms.
