New line with UTV Talk?

Like many, I've been trying to get broadband now for months but it seems my line is unsuitable for some reason. As I'm currently with UTV Talk, I was just wondering if I can avail of Eircom's free line installation promotion? I'm hoping a new line will do the trick.

yeah, but they might try and change ya back over to themselves for calls. So make sure ya keep an eye on that.
