My new Digiweb broadband connection just went AWOL.

I cycled the power to the modem and router, then tried to use the router
web interface to restart PPPoE but nothing happens. Dead as a dodo.

Their 1-800 number is permanently busy, even at 3am, which makes me
think they may have some problems. Mail to support@digiweb.ie bounces.
    Anyone got any information?

Does anyone have working technical contact information for Digiweb?

Just a recording saying leave a message. I guess they don't work weekends.

They called this morning: there was a PPPoE error their end which they reset.
    My faith is restored :-)

They also said the modem has a hardware reset button on the back, which I
was unaware of, so that's something to file away for next time.

ive been on digiweb unlimited 1mbit for months now and nothing ever happens mine...

however 2 weeks into when i first got it i had trouble logging into my prestige 4 port router so i contacted them and they sent me out another within two days..

so basically i have 2 4 port routers now. and the issue i had with the first one doesnt come up anymore.
