New Opel Manta ?

I have always been a fan of the Opel Manta and just the other day was wondering if Opel would ever have a modern day equivalent again.

Well, after a google search, it seems that this is to be the new Manta !!
Apparently it's due to arrive later this year.

.......still prefer the original though !

It doesn't actually look too bad (can't believe I am saying that) Kinda reminds me of the current Renault Megane Cabrio

I don't recall anyone suggesting that they should. However, as mentioned the manta was superceeded by the calibra (nice) and the astra coupé (not nice) and this to me looks about as nice as the tigra!
