i am trying to find out the name of a song that was used on one of the road safety ads on tv, the start of it is a slow drum type thing with, i think, faint hissing and crackling noises(of a record player) and them a woman starts singing but its very hard to make out what she is saying its almost like hunning along or…

i am trying to find out the name of a song that was used on one of the road safety ads on tv, the start of it is a slow drum type thing with, i think, faint hissing and crackling noises(of a record player) and them a woman starts singing but its very hard to make out what she is saying its almost like hunning along or something.... the only part i could make out was the word "feel" drawn out like ....."feeeeeeel" and also "yaaaa". i also think she says "shoot an...." - i dont no the rest.

please help....its driving me mad!!! thanks.
