Any suggestions as to where I can get glass cloches or cold frames in Dublin?

Ideal size would be about 4' x 4' and min 2' high.

I've asked in a couple Garden Centres and have drawn a blank. :(

    Hi,

If Your looking for what I call mini glass houses, you could ask some of the double glazing installers for the old sash windows they take out and make the frame yourself.

    Good idea!
That might be what I end up doing....

    i think Lenehans do them.

it's very easy to build a coldframe. all you need is a small bit of timber for the frame, and some clear corrugated plastic roofing.

nice and light to move, and child friendly.

i used this design, and added a hinged roof using the roofing sheets.
