what do you do to get rid of a hang over....??

    ps...

Go to shop. Get yourself some Lucozade sport. Consume. Eat. Drink water for the next two hours. Get ready for going out again tonight.

Your headache is mostly caused by dehydration. Hydrate yourself and it will go away. Coffee and tea will not rehydrate you.

I agree with seamus, but I'd get a can of 7up, but make it go flat, then drink it down - with some neurofen

    sleep if you can
if in work (like me now little hungover too) coffee, juice but go for the smoothie from bagel bar (Berry Bomb they are good)

girl in office (who also hungover) says lilt and toffee crisp

Water, painkillers prob best for head

hangover cures are different for everybody just have to find one that works for you

I find dragging self to pub and getting another drink has a certain effectiveness, however be warned often the first drink can be horrible and does take a certain amount of will power to finish after that it all becomes easier and you feel a lot better

On the extremely rare occasions where I get hangovers worth thinking about, I'd do pretty much what Seamus suggested. Usually I just suffer from sleep deprivation, but water is a key element to getting over a hangover. Drink lots. Take a painkiller for the headache if you need to, and if you think your stomach can handle it.

I prefer to force myself to drink as much as a pint of water as I can before I go to bed then refill glass and leave it by yur bed and if yur like me (wakes up early after a nite of drinking) then drink the water while yur still sleepy, go back to sleep and by the time u wake up u will be at least some way rehydrated. Oh and dying for the toilet as well :P I usually then just have toast and tea for breakfast and drinks lots of water during day. Works more or less for me but depends greatly on how much yur drinking.

Yup, Seamus for teh win. Lucozade Sport all the way.
Although there is a certain stage when a smoke and coffee go down a treat.
The trick is getting to the right stage.
Too early and in the words of Billy ye will be driving the porcelain truck. :)

i tend to wake up early with not so much a headache but just a general feeling of dehydration, so i tend to leg it downstairs and lower 2 pints of water if i can... then go back to sleep and when i get up, a can of coke and a few deep burps get rid of any discomfort!!! (panadol aswell if head is really wrecked!)

I see none of those ideas actually include pain killers which would be an obvious choice!

Get yourself a pack of alka seltzar!will sort you right out after a couple of minutes!

I feel your pain, myself and the housemates brought half of Baker's Corner pub home with us last night... I got 4 hours sleep, was woken by a phonecall from work wondering where I was and didn't even get the chance to get a fry up/ brekkie roll to sort myself out... :(

If I can remember to do this it works. Dont drink to much coffee or anything with caffine in. Will make it worse. Other than that go straight to the pub after work.
