installation problems

I am trying to install this applcation on my PC and every time i get this error message saying "cant copy SCAPIInterface.dll" but i have looked though the CD and there is a File of the same name. Is the CD crap or is it the PC acting up I have Windows SP2. Any help would be welcomed
