    Hello all
A friend of mine is a writer and runs a creative writing group.
He was wondering of getting the clients to write to penpals.
Anybody here write to penpals they would have to be of the mature type 22 or over and what resources you use.
    thanks

It's a bit unclear from what you've written but is he looking for penpals in general for his class to write to or people with an interest in creative writing?

If it's the latter then maybe you should also post your request in the creative writing forum.

Why is it without fail that every single time 'poster A' has a go at 'poster B' for the standard of their grammar they end up spelling it 'grammer'? :)

It's enough to make you believe in karma.

(oh yeah 'irony' ... nice dodge there )

Yeah I got it, there was a thread some time ago about some grammer nazi's who correct everything. Problem is that when someone posts something light heartedly like that, everyone jumps on it.

Terrible that no-one thinks of the children.

Yeah, and here's me thinking that you could afford to have a sense of humour on Afterhours. Everyone here must have a degree in English or write their posts on MS Word first so they can spellcheck them before posting them.
