I ordered a bunch of photos (obviously) from this site
paid for them on my visa, grand or so I thought

I only got half of them delivered even though the reciept specified all of them had been ordered
I emailed them (twice) asking for the remainder of my photos to be sent

The reply I got said ....

    hello
you must place an order agian.

As I said I have alreay paid for these so I'm not about to order them again

Has anyone else had problems with these people?

I say don't use them anyway!

Are you guys talking about foto.com or ofoto.com ??

I always use ofoto.com (the official kodak site) & the quality & service is superb.....

hmmm...just ordered 50 prints off foto.com yesterday, they are due to arrive with me on Friday. Not liking what i'm hearing here, doesn't sound too promising. I'll let you know how mine turn out.

Seconded. Only ordered once but I was well impressed with both delivery and quality. For the record though, it's a British company. Nothing wrong with that of course, but the IE domain name might fool some people into thinking they were buying Irish.

ordered prints off foto.com, arrived a week later, good quality, had no problems with them tbh. YMMV apparently. Have used photobox and have found them to be good, they do good enlargements. Got some A4 prints for the grandmother, came out very well.

    After another email to Foto.com
    I recieve a reply saying ....

    'hello

it's not our fault if you have missed pictures....

Well I phoned them instead this time, the guy I spoke to was quite helpful and agreed to arrange a refund
Not to bad a solution I suppose, assuming he does actually process the refund

But will definitely not use them again mostly because of them having such dum email replies to my concerns!!

Just got 50 photos off them and they were fine. Was a bit worried, as I had ordered them after I saw this thread. The quality was good and it worked out at €7.59 for 50 prints, delivered. I wonder if I was lucky, or are they a little dodge. I'll give them another go I think.
