AtTheRaces on NTL

Can anybody confirm if NTL still charge the €12 subscription fee for AtTheRaces? I know they used to when AtTheRaces had coverage of nearly all of the racing in the UK, but since the new channel was launched which has a lot less UK racing I can't see how NTL could justify still charging for it.

According to there web site they still charge €12

I seen that but that is out of date, the information displayed is for the first AtTheRaces channel (it says shows racing from 49 of the 59 courses).

The new AtTheRaces channel has a lot less action, with almost none of the major racing tracks covered.

Not sure what the current price is, but it is definitely a standalone premium channel on NTL. It was basic for when it first appeared, but was changed to premium at some point.
