I see there is a tournament ongoing in Holland at the moment involving 4 players from the BDO (Barney, Stompe, Fordham and David) and 4 players from the PDC (Taylor, Lloyd, Mardle and Scholten).

The way it works is that every player from the BDO will play every player from the PDC in a round robin event (i.e. everyone plays 4 matches - over 7 sets), with the top 2 BDO players and the top two PDC players making the semi-finals.

The BDO lads started off great, winning the first 4 matches, but the PDC have hit back winning the next 2. Results so far:

Fordham 4-2 Mardle
Barney 4-2 Scholten
Stompe 4-0 Lloyd

David 4-2 Mardle
Fordham 2-4 Taylor
Stompe 1-4 Scholten

The round robin continues until Friday (Barney v Taylor is scheduled for Thursday), with the semis on Saturday and the final on Sunday. Live coverage everyday in the Netherlands, but there doesnt seem to be anything in Britain.

Every game is live on RTL in the Netherlands. It seems they are trying to sell TV rights to the British, but havent found a taker yet.

Yeah, must keep an eye out tonight and over the weekend to see if it appears anywhere - even something like Bravo might be able to get it.

The PDC are getting their asses kicked so far - with the exception of course of The Power. Biggest surprise is the performance of Colin Lloyd, who is undisputed number 2 in the PDC at the moment. He hasnt even won one set in his two games so far.

Massive win for Taylor. He's through to Saturday's semis as the top man in PDC. Roland Scholten is through in second. The BDO section is still wide open.

Well Taylor is the King.

He beat Barney 5-2 in the semi and then he beat Fordham 7-1 in the final.
