    A word of caution; http://www.rh-sat.de aka http://www.satstore24.de appears to be a fraudulent web satellite shop. I ordered from them three weeks ago and nothing has been delivered. No-one answering phone calls or emails. But, strangely enough when an order is placed the email contact is very quick, telling you how to pay for you order. Luckily for me my order wasn't for very much money.

    Has anyone else here had dealings with this 'company'?

    You should inform your visa/mastercard company immediately as they usually can do something for you.

    Another option is to contact the local 'Industrie und Handelskamer' for the region in which the shop is located. Give them full details and they will contact the shop to find out what is happening. In my own case and for someone else I told to do this, the shops in question resolved the matter within a week of being contacted by them.

    However, if you paid by bank transfer they can be quite slow, and Deutsch Post/DHL is not a great service either, so this could easily account for at least 3 weeks delay.

    It looks like the web site http://www.rh-sat.se/ is gone as well.It gives an error when you try to access it. Thanks for warning us.

    should be dot de ...and not dot se.
