Just wondering is there anyway of finding out which prisoners from what institutions have been given early release, or is that information only available to the victims of prisoners crimes?

It's not even available to those victims...
Most likely confidential. You know we have to protect these people's privacy after they've paid their debt to society....well half of it at least :rolleyes:
