I need to interview about 3 HR managers in late march for my primary research of my thesis on selection methods and if they can predict employee performance. Until I know what managers I am interviewing, I cant write my industry review.…

Hi guys,

I am a final year student in DIT and wonder if anyone out there is HR manager? I need to interview about 3 HR managers in late march for my primary research of my thesis on selection methods and if they can predict employee performance.

Until I know what managers I am interviewing, I cant write my industry review. At the moment I have people who know people but all these people are from hotels, banking etc so i have no set industry. And also no set people who'll definitely be interviewed.
