    Hi there,

    I'm a female film-maker. As part of a research project for a film I am looking to interview twins, (ideally female twins but mixed/males welcome too), either together or singly. Identical or fraternal twins.

    The film concerns a depiction of twin sisters whose lives begin to take conflicting paths as they reach maturity. Some questions I would like to ask refer to things like - secret languages developed between twins, how twins relate to their parents, how twins' peers relate to them, the difficulty of twins forging separate identities etc.

    Interviews can be face to face (Dublin area) or by email. Your help would be much appreciated - we want to represent twins as fairly as possible.

    People seem to have taken very strange views as to what this post is referring to!

    However, I'm dealing with a film script on twins, and I don't personally know any twins, so that's why I thought of using a forum like this one.

    I can only reiterate - it's serious research for a film project to be made in Ireland. Some questions I would like to ask refer to things like - secret languages developed between twins, how twins relate to their parents, how twins' peers relate to them, the difficulty of twins forging separate identities etc.

    So please drop a line if you would like to be involved in a genuine project.

    I replied to your post on Cuckoo's Nest but you seem to have gotten a better idea here - tell people more clearly what you're looking for and don't repeatedly post the same thing in multiple forums. Then we'll not jump the gun...

    ive got older twin brothers (just gone 18) but they arent identical anymore.
    same cars... totally different personalities
