PSU and SATA Q

    If i have a PSU without a connection for a SATA drive can i get an adaptor? Or do SATA drives just use the standard 4-pin connector?

    Pure SATA Drives have their own power connector.
    they used to make hybrid Drives which were compatible with the IDE standard, but you will hardly find anymore of them.
    Argnite has the right idea
