i bought a 37gb raptor about two weeks ago and am using it as a boot drive. i decided to do a smart scan on it and was wondering if the result for write error rate(see attached) is worrying and if i should get the drive replaced. the fitness of the drive is also down to 77% after only two weeks.

another quick question after i turn my computer on and th dvi pool data confirmed i get an option to choose between 2 installs of windows 2000 pro: 1 boots normally and the other gives an error. i was justing wonder if it is possible to remove the option to boot from the dodgy install?

    thanks in advance

did u try a normal scandisk to see if it came up with any errors? Is smart meant to detect errors early or something, i couldnt remember what it was for a second
