    hay guys,

Need abit of help. I'm getting a new phone and i'm not sure which one to buy. I just want a good ready 2 go camera fone with the real ring tones.

So here are the ones i'm thinking of getting:

    nokia 3220

    Sony Ericsson F500i

    Motorola V550

    Sagem MyC52

    Sagem myV-55

    nokia 3200

I'm push towards the Nokia 3220 because i read somewhere that its a good one. But the motorola V550 is a flashie one. So what so you think?? I'm thinking of switching to Meteor but i hear they are crap. Any suggestions??

    thanks.

    Meteor is good if you're living in the right place.. Dublin, Cork etc;

meteor have a deal with o2 now where they can use their network if there is no coverage?! have to get a replacement sim or something if you have an old one I think.

Sagems be good, but the alarm goes off even when they are turned off (which is stupid imo)

Heh, I'm considering a new RTG phone too. Either a Nokia 3220 or Sony Ericsson F500i. I am swayed towards the F500i as the flashy lights on the Nokia are a bit girly tbh. :)

The only problem with the F500i is that it uses Vodafone software which I hate. I think it's possible to flash the phone though to its original software or that of the K500i?

BTW, both of these are €119 for Bonus Pack from the Vodafone website. Just in case you were unaware! ;)

I dont know of a mobile that doesnt do that - whats the point of an alarm that wont wake you up?

On the vodafone website the sony is priced @ €119 as a bonuspack online offer, and the nokia is also priced @ €119.

Does anyone know how much credit is included with the online bonus pack offer these days?

Actually the sharp gx30 does not which is a bit of a pain in the arse. Which means if I want to use the alarm feature I have to leave the phone on all night.

It mentions nothing on the site about it, so I rang Customer Services. I was told that the Bonus Pack will contain up to €60 credit (you have to register new pack online to get it all). So a pretty good offer, all in all.

this is a good feature, means u dont have to leave your phone on overnight if you dont want to be disturbed by calls etc. and its a feature on all phones ive had for the last few years (nokia, se, motorola )
