G-Mail Plus thing

Anyone get the G-mail plus thing to work?

I am talking about the ability to send an email to yourname+anything@gmail.com and it get sent to you.

It's useful for tracking the emails. I have tried sending myself emails in this way but I amn't getting them.

you need to set it in the "to" field of the filter, i.e. To: address+archive@gmail.com

yeah they work fine for me , most mail systems support this anyway or something similar enough i usually use mailaddy=alias@me.com with no bother....

yeah but I'm not ebven getting to the stage where I flter could be applied i.e. I am get getting emails I send to myusername+alias@gmail.com
