    Watching the ripples on the water,
    Distortion lines inside the mind,
    Go away, what would you have me do,
    A thousand memories I won't relive through,
    Drugged & drunk my pupils remain small,
    Watch me as I begin to freefall,
    An innocence lost along with sense,
    Living a life of someone else's pretense,
    No answers as I look up to God asking why,
    Overbearing greyness amassing in the sky,
    physical pain stuck strong deep in my chest,
    Unable to seek repose, peace or rest,
    Strangled in my bed sheets while I sleep,
    In way over my head in way too deep,
    My life a serial parody of itself,
    Dreams & nitemares one in the same hell,
    A restlessness of mind, body & spirit,
    Unanswered screams no-one wants to hear it,
    Hoping one day I might be forgiven,
    This ain't my life & this Ain't Living,
    Is my life a dream or does it really exist?
    If this ain't living, then what is?
