    Hardly news.
    Every month Dell offer either
    Double memory / free delivery / extra warranty / upgrade / bit's n bob's or something
worth about 10% off the basic price.

Some of the time you would save even more by looking at the small business bundles instead of home user because they have less things like printers and usb sticks / speakers and can start at a lower price.

You can also save by getting a return - but you'd want a mate in Dell to confirm that it was returned because of an order screw up or because the previous customer didn't like the colour rather than for a technical fault, returns would be nice with a three year warranty , but at that stage you ain't really saving any money

In fairness to the OP, this is news, since outlet sells refurbished not build-to-order. As the €79 is pre-VAT it means that you end up getting a little over €100 off the VAT inclusive price.
However, most of the better deals have already been snapped up...

The flow of machines is constant and the supply appears to change hourly.

Bought one a couple of weeks ago - happy so far :D

Thanks Cap M for that informative post but I think you may have missed the point. Dell Outlet is for returned computers. Through the magic of d'Internet you don't need to know anybody in Dell to get a return that has been retested and packaged by Dell. Comes with a 1 year warranty. I just picked up a PC there today priced €347 on which a €79 discount is not a bad deal (better than 10%).

As the last poster pointed out there is a pretty constant flow of machines - bargains do come along there - for example I think there were recently some end of line PowerEdges going for ~€150.
