I think a show I was at recently was organised by a Fiat club, but I don't think they are online.

There's definitely an X19 club, as I know a guy who's in it and trying to get it going again. Can't say specifically about 500's.

If you find anything out post here, and I'll do likewise. :)

What's the difference between the IVVCC and IVS - is one 'better' than the other ?

    Cheers, Dean,

The Irish Vintage and Veteran Car Club is for (as the name states) vintage and veteran cars.

The Irish Vintage Society covers more recent vehicles (incl tractors, jeeps, etc) so would probably be the best choice for you.

Is there a local classic car club in your area which you could join?

From what l can see my options are the Trim Vintage & Veteran Car Club or the Meath/Louth Group of the IVS. There is a show/fair at Dunderry in 14th May listed on the IVS web site that l'll try and go along to.

for the trim club you need someone who's already in it to put your name forward or something. i'm not really sure how it works but if you find a nice one please let me know i'm in navan and looking for one to join.
    thanks

Ya I'm in Navan as well and was thinking of joining the Trim club, did'nt know you needed a recommendation to get in though - might have to setup a splinter group :)

You’re more than welcome to join the NEVCC. We have members in Slane and Trim the monthly meetings are held on the first Thursday of the month at Bellingham Castle, Castlebellingham Co.Louth at 8.30pm. Have a look at WWW.NEVCC.NET and give me a call

l'm going to ask around at the Dunderry show on the 14th May and see if l get to meet any Trim Club members or any local IVS members

Offhand I know of the Blessington Vintage Motorcycle Club (Co. Wicklow).

I'm sure there must be a few such clubs around the country.

If you mean insurance - try Carole Nash ins company (in golden pages).
