anyone know a website that will allow me to connect to irc servers through an applet or something im blocked from using a client by a firewall

Most applets seem to be geared towards one IRC channel in particular, such as our very own here. Don't know of any that allow you to specify what channel or serevr you want to connect to.

That said though, most of these applets that I have seen connect to the server through the default IRC ports, so you'll be blocked from using those too...
